In 2015, I conducted a social media analysis for Disability Rights Wisconsin as it planned to upgrade its website and social media presence. The existing resources were outdated and not accessible, which was particularly problematic given their main clientele are individuals with disabilities. My task was to evaluate their current online brand health and provide a strategic proposal for improvement. The comprehensive proposal included recommendations for a user-friendly website design, structured content organization, and a robust social media strategy utilizing platforms like Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Facebook. These suggestions aimed to enhance the organization’s professional appearance, increase community engagement, and improve fundraising capabilities.
